How do I get started?
Just download our client software. When you start it, you will be asked for your nickname you want to use and your email address. Once logged in, you are ready play!
Can I test the software before joining for real money?
Yes, you can play at the play money tables at no charge. Once you have played for fun and you like it you can decide to play for real money and make a deposit.
I never seem to receive the validation code. Why is that?
Either the email address that you have entered is incorrect, or you are SPAM-filtering our emails. Our system automatically sends out the code within a few minutes. If you keep having problems, please try again with an alternative e-mail address.
When I try to validate my email address by entering the validation code the "send" button remains grey (inactive).
Please try to enter the code character by character. With "Cut & paste" you may have included an extra blank or something which makes the system not accept your validation code.
I have noticed a spelling mistake in my real name or an incorrect country flag but can't change it myself. What do I need to do?
Please email our support and we will change it for you.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Please write an e-mail to our support team at support@turbogammon.com. Tell us your user name and please use the same email address you used when you signed up for security reasons.
I would like to have more than one account. Is that allowed?
No. To protect other players we feel that this would not be fair. Therefore, we are checking carefully and we do not allow more than one real money account per player.
